Staff is polite and incredible and you can park your car onsite. The ambiance is quiet.

Amazing staff and comfy stay!

The staff were super friendly and even surprised our kiddos with toys. Our room had a balcony with great water views, and the shower was awesome. Breakfast was tasty, but the dining options were a bit limited in the evenings. Public transport right outside was a big plus.

We were a group of 10 and enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the water while sipping cocktails. The spa treatments were heavenly, and the indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the toilet in our first room had a bit of a malfunction, but the staff quickly made it right 😊

We had an lovely anniversary celebration! The beautiful indoor garden created such a serene atmosphere, and enjoying cocktails while watching the sunset was a perfect touch. The dining experience was really good, especially at Café Jakarta where we savored every bite.

The superior room had a cool balcony with river views and was super spacious. The breakfast was ridiculous. Fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items cooked perfectly. The indoor gardens were lovely. Check-in is a bottleneck, feeling cramped and chaotic, particularly during peak times. The echo of cleaning carts clashing with guest movements creates an annoying ballet in the hallways. My room's window design seemed like a failure in planning. It barely offered a glimpse of the touted courtyard due to obstructive panels. This awkward setup alongside limited storage space may annoy those needing organization .

It was just a proper fit for a date night in Amsterdam with decent value for money. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the waterfront that we really enjoyed. Make sure to check local restaurant options before your visit.

I was greeted with fine panoramic views of the IJ river that gave the feeling of a serene slice of paradise. The indoor botanical garden added a lush, tranquil ambiance. And let me not forget the really good breakfast buffet that had everything from fluffy pastries to mouthwatering local dishes. It was a feast for the senses!
